I had some questions beforehand on which session to choose and she helped me pick what would work best for me. The massage itself was exactly what I was looking for, super relaxing and really worked out the tension from my body. She did a full body but also did some extra work on the spots that were especially tight. She also does amazing energy work that was very meditative and helped to release all my stress. Truly a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend you try it out.
